The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of legal experience in advising nonprofit organizations on tax, corporate, and charitable trust issues. Responsibilities include representing various nonprofit entities, advising on IRS regulations, and drafting necessary documents.

This role offers a hybrid working environment, with 3 days onsite. A JD degree and active Minnesota Bar membership are required.
