Overview
Actively seeking a Conflicts Attorney for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Top Law Firm. The Attorney needs 1+ years of conflicts work within a Law Firm's Office of the General Counsel, and must live near one of the listed offices of the firm below.
ROLE IS NOT REMOTE!! Roles are not remote; candidates who live near one of the listed cities will be considered:
Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Chesterbrook, Harrisburg, Boston, Chicago, Washington (DC), Baltimore, Wilmington (DE), West Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Los Angeles, Orange County.
HOURS
:
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST

: HYBRID | Minneapolis or Cities Listed Above will be Considered
PAY
: $120 - $150K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- JD REQUIRED

Active Bar Association in State you Live - 1+ years of Conflicts Attorney experience in a Corporate Law Firm REQUIRED
- Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Intapp Platform PREFERRED

Aderant is a PLUS - Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Review conflict reports prepared in connection with the business intake process
- Provide detailed analysis and advice directly to partners
- Collaborate with members of the firm to resolve conflict issues
- Draft conflict waivers and facilitate requests
- Review conflict reports prepared in connection with the new hire process
- Implement and maintain ethical walls and other legal screens
- Provide guidance to a team of non-lawyer specialists in support of the business intake process
- Answer queries from attorneys and professional staff across the firm
- Be available for urgent matters, including evenings and weekends
