FMJ has an opportunity in our Eden Prairie office for an estate planning associate attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience with trusts, estates, and probate matters.

The firm is seeking a candidate with strong writing abilities, knowledge of probate and procedural rules, experience with the estate planning process and tax structures, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. CandidatesMUST BE LICENSEDto practice law in Minnesota.

A portable book of business is a plus, but it is not necessarily required for this position.

Salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000 (commensurate with experience) plus quarterly bonuses based on files originated and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Benefits are available and employees can select Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Supplemental Life and AD&D, Flexible Spending and HSA Options, and Retirement Benefits (with employer contribution). FMJ recently moved into a brand-new office space in the beautiful One Southwest Crossing Building in Eden Prairie.
