Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Invoice Review Quality Assurance Analyst to audit and review legal invoices and support our appeals team. The ideal candidate brings strong legal expertise and experience in legal billing, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.
- Audit and review legal fee and expense invoices
- Ensure compliance with UTBMS codes and billing guidelines
- Perform quality assurance and peer review of invoice adjustments
- Document reasons for adjustments and corrections
- Resolve law firm appeals and disputes in writing
- Support process improvement and provide guidance to business partners
- Law degree (JD, LLB, or paralegal certification)
- Law firm or legal billing experience
- Familiarity with legal billing guidelines and UTBMS codes
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency with invoice review systems and Microsoft Office
