Overview
FMJ has an opportunity in our Eden Prairie office for a full-time litigation associate attorney with 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation matters. The firm is seeking a candidate with strong research and writing abilities, strong academic credentials, and a strong desire to gain experience in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings.
Candidates MUST BE LICENSED to practice law in Minnesota.
- Develop experience in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings.
- Conduct research and prepare written materials.
- Support the busy and growing commercial litigation practice.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation matters.
- Strong research and writing abilities.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
Salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 and is commensurate with experience. Benefits are available and employees can select Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Supplemental Life and AD&D, Flexible Spending and HSA Options, and Retirement Benefits (with employer contribution).
