Litigation Attorney

FMJ has an opportunity in our Eden Prairie office for a full-time litigation associate attorney with 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation matters. The firm is seeking a candidate with strong research and writing abilities, strong academic credentials, and a strong desire to gain experience in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings.
Candidates MUST BE LICENSED to practice law in Minnesota.

• Develop experience in written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings.
• Conduct research and prepare written materials.
• Support the busy and growing commercial litigation practice.

• 0 to 2 years of experience in commercial and business litigation matters.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.

Salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 and is commensurate with experience.
