Litigation Associate Attorney

Overview

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Minneapolis, MN office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including business and commercial litigation, employment law, and toxic tort.

The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of civil litigation experience and should have experience managing all aspects of discovery, as well as outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for candidates who want significant responsibility to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Minnesota Bar is required.

• Handle a variety of litigation matters with significant responsibility, including court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and management of case files.
• Manage all aspects of discovery and conduct thorough research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Represent clients in civil litigation matters with independence and professionalism.

• At least three (3) years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience managing discovery, research, brief writing, and oral advocacy.
• Admission to the Minnesota Bar is required.
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility and work across business, commercial, employment, and toxic tort matters.
