Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join a busy law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid work model initially, with the potential to transition to fully remote after successful onboarding.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, preferably in a law firm.
- Paralegal certificate or degree in Legal/Paralegal Studies (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of USPTO and international filing procedures.
- Experience with docketing software (e.g., CPI, Anaqua) and legal research tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IP management platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong commitment to client service and confidentiality.
