The Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting the firm’s efforts to provide exceptional legal services to clients in the Healthcare practice group.

• Provide comprehensive litigation support in healthcare matters from case inception through resolution
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, ESI review and production, privilege logs, and subpoenas
• Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial, including exhibits and witness files
• Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing data, and reimbursement documentation
• Support internal investigations, audits, and responses to government or regulatory inquiries
• Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and e‑discovery providers

• 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a significant focus on healthcare or regulated industries
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures in state and federal courts
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare regulations and medical records management
• Advanced proficiency with document management and e‑discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and discretion
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet tight deadlines
