- Provide comprehensive litigation support in healthcare matters from case inception through resolution
- Manage all phases of discovery, including document collection, ESI review and production, privilege logs, and subpoenas
- Draft and assist with pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence
- Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial, including exhibits and witness files
- Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders
- Review, organize, and summarize medical records, billing data, and reimbursement documentation
- Support internal investigations, audits, and responses to government or regulatory inquiries
- Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and e‑discovery providers
- 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience, with a significant focus on healthcare or regulated industries
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures in state and federal courts
- Demonstrated experience with healthcare regulations and medical records management
- Advanced proficiency with document management and e‑discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and discretion
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and meet tight deadlines
