We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate, real estate, and business law matters. You will be challenged with complex legal issues and will be expected to provide high-quality legal advice to our clients. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence.

Your role will be essential in ensuring our firm s reputation for exceptional legal services and client satisfaction.

Note: An unofficial law school transcript and two unredacted writing samples will be required to be submitted to the client.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on corporate, real estate, and business law matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to clients  matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to protect clients  interests.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, advocating effectively for their rights.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop effective case strategies and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws and regulations and ensure compliance in all matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on corporate, real estate, and business law.
• Proven experience in legal research and writing; ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Excellent negotiation and representation skills with a track record of advocacy for clients.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, court procedures, precedents, and agency rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards and professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
• Proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
