Position: Debt Finance Associate (3-7 Years Experience) (Multiple Locations) - Minneapolis, MN

Overview:
We are seeking a Debt Finance attorney to join our Corporate and Finance Department representing lenders and borrowers in a diverse range of financing transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate credit facilities, and real estate financings. The position will primarily represent lenders but will also include some representation of borrowers. You will be responsible for drafting transaction documents, negotiating with opposing counsel, and closing transactions in close collaboration with other members of our team.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Background in debt financing transactions
• Familiarity with acquisition financing and private equity mergers and acquisitions
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the State of Minnesota if not already admitted

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $210,000 - $260,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
