Litigation Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join a boutique law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a flexible, hybrid work model.

• Partner with attorneys on case development, discovery, and trial preparation
• Gather, organize, and prepare documents for review, production, and analysis
• Assist in drafting, preparing, and filing briefs and other legal documents
• Serve as an integral part of trial teams from planning through execution
• Anticipate needs of clients, colleagues, and cases to help keep matters running smoothly
• Conduct research on companies, individuals, issues, and opportunities
• Interview prospective clients and support intake processes
• Prepare pleadings and related documents
• Actively pursue ongoing professional growth with full support from the firm

• 5+ years of experience in a similar paralegal role
• Strong background in complex litigation
• Comfortable and confident supporting trial teams
