Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join a law firm in downtown Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities- Prepare and manage legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and agreements.
- Electronically file litigation documents with state, federal, and appellate courts.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper client files.
- Handle docketing and calendaring for court schedules and deadlines.
- Review and finalize time entries and client billing.
- Provide administrative support: scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing calendars.
- Deliver responsive, high-quality service to clients, attorneys, and team members.
- 2+ years of business litigation legal administrative assistant experience in a law firm preferred.
- Professional demeanor with strong work ethic and accountability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and proofreading.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Detail‑oriented and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in legal administrative support and knowledge of litigation processes preferred.
