Prime Talent’s client, a highly respected litigation and trial-focused law firm, is seeking a Trial / Litigation Paralegal to join its Minneapolis office. This is a full-time, flexible hybrid role for someone who truly enjoys trial work, digging into details, and being a core part of a collaborative litigation team.

This firm handles complex trial matters, investigations, and intellectual property issues for a wide range of clients—from large corporations to individuals—and is known for competing successfully with much larger firms while maintaining a strong, people-first culture.

Overview Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys with case development, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Collect, organize, review, and analyze documents for production
  • Assist with briefs, pleadings, and other court filings
  • Serve as an integral member of trial teams
  • Conduct research on companies, individuals, and legal issues
  • Anticipate team and case needs and proactively support attorneys
  • Continue professional development with firm support
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred (but flexible for the right person)
  • Experience or interest in business litigation is a plus
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-forward and excited about using technology in litigation
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable speaking up with ideas or concerns
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality
Benefits
  • Salary range: $60,000–$110,000 (depending on experience)
