This is a full-time hybrid Associate role based in Minneapolis, MN. The Associate will handle a variety of legal responsibilities, including drafting contracts, conducting legal research and providing advice on employment and business compliance. The role involves collaborating with clients and other team members to deliver high-quality legal solutions. Additionally, the Associate will contribute to both preventive and litigation services to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications- Strong foundation in legal research, analysis, and writing
- Familiarity with employment and business law practices
- Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and client communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and license to practice law in the State of Minnesota
- Commitment to maintaining professionalism, inclusivity, and collaborative work approaches
- Interest or experience in developing and fostering long-term client relationships
- Prior litigation or trial experience is a plus
