A prominent national Commercial Litigation firm is seeking a seasoned Senior Litigation Attorney with 6 to 10 years of experience to join its team of accomplished trial lawyers. This position involves handling complex cases across multiple practice areas, including partnership disputes, trust and estate litigation, construction litigation, and general commercial litigation.

As a Senior Litigation Attorney, you will lead in managing high-stakes litigation, collaborating with clients, developing litigation strategies, and presenting cases in court. This role provides an exceptional opportunity to further develop trial advocacy skills, take on increased leadership responsibilities, and work alongside experienced trial attorneys in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• 6 to 10 years of substantive litigation experience, including client management and courtroom representation
• Strong leadership, strategy development, and problem-solving skills
• Superior writing, research, and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage and mentor junior associates on litigation projects

• Background or experience in affordable housing, particularly within the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program
• Background or knowledge of finance, tax, and business entities, particularly partnerships
• Clerkship experience with a focus on litigation
