IP Litigation Associate Minneapolis, MN

Overview

We are seeking an Associate to join the IP Litigation department in our Des Moines or Minneapolis office with the opportunity to work remotely in a hybrid environment.

• 1-3 years of experience in litigation; prior experience in complex or federal litigation
• Prior experience in private practice or related in-house positions
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the state of Iowa or Minnesota (depending upon location)

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $200,000 - $210,000 per year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
