Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney
A nationally recognized law firm with a highly collaborative Minneapolis office is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney to join its corporate practice on a full-time basis.
This position offers top-market compensation commensurate with experience, generous performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will thrive in a team-driven environment and have the opportunity to grow their practice with substantial firm support and resources. Experience levels are flexible, ranging from mid-level associates to senior attorneys and lateral partners. Portable business is not required, though any existing client base can be well-supported by the firm's platform.
Qualifications& Requirements
- 5+ years of M&A and corporate transactional experience
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and legal writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Minnesota or ability to obtain admission within six months
- Interest in mentoring and supporting associate development
Top-market base salary plus additional compensation for exceeding billable-hour targets and originations. Total compensation may vary based on experience and, if applicable, portable business.
$215k-400k+
