Overview
Lathrop GPM is actively seeking an associate with 4-5 years of general litigation experience to join our growing Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group in our Minneapolis office.
Candidates should have an active Minnesota law license and be in good standing, strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, excellent client service skills, outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Deposition and court appearance experience are ideal but not required.
Qualifications- Active Minnesota law license and in good standing
- 4-5 years of general litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Exceptional analytical and writing abilities
- Excellent client service skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Deposition and court appearance experience is ideal but not required
The current anticipated salary range is $220,000 - $230,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
