About the Role
An agency in the Twin Cities seeks an experienced property and casualty insurance professional to lead their team as Bilingual Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager
. You ll service an established book of business, help generate new insurance sales, and provide day-to-day leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client relationships, cross-selling, mentoring team members, and helping grow a multi-carrier independent agency.
- Client Service: Assist insureds with policy management, renewal preparation, quoting & rating, billing, and answering questions related to their insurance programs.
- Business Development: Help with new sales opportunities that come through referrals, inbound calls, and cross-selling/upselling new lines of coverage and policy enhancements.
- Team Leadership: Serve as a player/coach with other team members. Offer assistance, training, and support where needed.
- Active P&C insurance license
- Bilingual- fluent in Spanish and English
- 3+ years of property and casualty experience in client service and/or sales
