As a Protege, you move into a structured development path designed to prepare you to own and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency.
By meeting clear graduation requirements and maintaining consistent performance, Proteges can become eligible to open their own agency within 12 months.
Graduating the Protege Program also waives the 50,000 financial obligation typically required to operate a Farmers Insurance agency.
You bring the work ethic, commitment, and discipline. We provide the training, mentorship, and opportunity.
