Key Responsibilities- Lead service on assigned book(s) of business by organizing internal resources as appropriate.
- Provide client service for assigned book of business, including responding to customer inquiries about policies, coverages, claims, and billing.
- Work with Client Executive(s) and underwriters on new business and renewals.
- Assist in cross‑selling by offering additional coverages to clients and referring clients to other lines of business.
- Maintain positive relationships with Client Executives, other agency staff, clients, and carriers.
- Minimum of four years of property and casualty insurance agency or company experience, or education in commercial insurance desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Property and Casualty License or ability to obtain within 120 days.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Expected compensation range: $55,000 - $70,000, encompassing base salary and any variable incentive pay for which the candidate may be eligible.
