Overview

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make a difference. As an Associate Underwriter/Broker in Commercial Lines, you’ll play a key role in evaluating insurance applications and helping clients get the coverage they need. You’ll work closely with senior underwriters and field teams to assess risks and make informed decisions.

  • Evaluate property details like value, location, and safety features to decide whether to accept, modify, or decline risks.
  • Collaborate with field teams to gather the information you need to support your decisions.

About You
  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation And Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position, and actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a wide range of benefits.
