SAP FICO BA​/Functional Lead-Minneapolis, MN-Onsite - Locals

Title – SAP FICO BA/Functional Lead Location – Minneapolis, MN – Onsite Duration – Contract to Hire (6 months)

• Own and lead the process design, configuration, build, test, and integration of the SAP Finance value stream.
• Manage integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and external systems.
• Oversee system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Successfully implement SAP on-time and within budget.

• Drive SAP Finance workstream and provide thought leadership, best practices, and subject matter expertise.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Production, and Procurement.
• Manage external consultants and vendors as needed.

• Analyze current financial processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Apply industry leading best practices and detail global standard templates for the implementation and long-term growth.
• Implement best practices in financial reporting, controlling, and compliance.

• Manage financial processes related to production costing, inventory management, and fixed asset accounting.
• Collaborate with plant controllers and operations teams to align SAP functionality with shop floor realities.
• Ensure accurate cost center accounting and product costing for manufacturing lines.

• Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Digital, and other business units.
• Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders, understand business requirements and provide deep SAP S4 functional expertise.
• Provide training and support to end-users and ensure high adoption of SAP tools.

• Ensure SAP systems support internal controls and regulatory compliance (e.g., JSOX, IFRS).
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all SAP Finance processes.
