A leading financial services firm is looking for a Senior UX Researcher in Minneapolis, MN, to lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives within their Product & Experience Design team. The role involves designing research plans, mapping client journeys, and synthesizing findings to influence product strategy. Candidates should have 5-7+ years of UX research experience, preferably in financial services, demonstrating proficiency in journey mapping and effective stakeholder communication.
