We are seeking a Program Manager 5(BEC Level
5) to support a high-visibility initiative within Asset-Based Lending (ABL). This role focuses on driving business readiness and change management for the implementation of third-party vendor technology across the ABL portfolio. The consultant will operate at the intersection of business, product, and technology, ensuring successful delivery in a highly regulated environment with aggressive timelines.
- Lead business readiness and change management efforts for new technology adoption across ABL
- Define and execute a communication strategy to engage business stakeholders at multiple levels
- Act as a bridge between business partners and development teams
, translating business needs into actionable delivery plans - Manage timelines, roadmaps, and delivery approaches across both project and product/agile models
- Facilitate and lead meetings and forums with stakeholders ranging from L3 to L1 leadership
- Support leadership and partner-facing forums with clear, concise updates and recommendations
- Coordinate implementation efforts involving third-party vendor technology
, legacy systems, new applications, and data integrations - Ensure alignment with risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
- Portfolio-wide implementation of third-party vendor technology
- Integration with legacy systems and new applications
- Complex data flows within a regulated banking environment
- Consulting background strongly preferred
- Proven experience in change management
, business execution, or delivery roles - Strong strategic thinking and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across seniority levels
- Ability to manage multiple work streams under tight deadlines
- Banking or financial services experience
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL) or Collateral Management experience
- Experience working in agile and hybrid delivery environments
- Familiarity with vendor integrations and enterprise technology implementations
- Single interview round
