The Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) internship offers college students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a real‑world setting. You will analyze business trends, cost impacts, and efficiency performance, preparing presentations for stakeholders and leaders across North America. Over the course of the year, you will partner with functional teams such as customer engagement and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities- Assisting with business‑based projects (30%)
- Generating and maintaining frequently used reports and offering insights (50%)
- Gaining knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry (20%)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Working toward an Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Business Analytics, Logistics, Engineering, Management Information Systems/Information Systems, or a related field
- Currently enrolled as a Junior (Graduating Spring 2027)
- Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work 20 hours per week during school and full time during summer months
- Experience with Google Suite, SQL, Python, and Domo
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedule demands
Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.50 USD, determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching (subject to eligibility). Additional benefits: a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days for hourly employees (120 hours) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave is provided in accordance with local laws.
