Job Summary:

We are seeking two senior, AI-native learning contractors to rapidly design and deliver enterprise learning for Activate AI in Your Work programs for all employees and AI Champions programs. These contractors must be hands-on builders and thought partners who can quickly translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences and deliver immediate impact with no ramp time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly design and deliver enterprise learning content focused on AI enablement and workflow innovation.

  • Transform scripts and presentation materials into engaging, task-level learning experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with program leadership and experience design teams as a strategic thought partner.

  • Brainstorm how complex AI and workflow topics should be taught, not just what to teach.

  • Improve scripts to enhance clarity, learning flow, and instructional effectiveness.

  • Proactively recommend better learning formats including scenarios, micro-learning modules, demos, and job aids.

  • Develop learning materials that support AI adoption across enterprise workflows and business functions.

Required Experience:

  • Proven experience designing enterprise learning programs at scale.

  • Demonstrated ability to transform rough concepts or source materials into polished learning experiences.

  • Strong experience explaining AI concepts in accessible language suitable for global audiences.

  • Experience working with enterprise learning platforms and digital learning tools.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Experience working in enterprise AI enablement or digital transformation learning initiatives.

  • Experience collaborating with program leaders and experience designers on strategic learning initiatives.

  • Background supporting large-scale employee training or AI adoption programs.

Required Skills:

  • AI workflow literacy and real-world business application understanding

  • Enterprise learning design and development

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI tools

Preferred Skills:

  • SharePoint administration and collaboration tools

  • Articulate Rise or Storyline

  • Learning management systems such as Udemy Business

  • Genially interactive learning tools

  • SAP learning platforms

Additional Skills:

  • Data for AI fundamentals and AI data quality concepts

  • Document and knowledge management best practices for AI

  • SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflow management

  • AI solution frameworks including assist, augment, automate, agentic, and autonomous systems

  • Scenario-based learning and micro-learning design

  • Learning asset development and delivery at enterprise scale

  • SAP Success Factors
