Global Logic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Mounds View, MN to be $90K to $110K and reflects base salary only. It does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits, etc. that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower.

• Strong requirements definition skills, including defining and writing user stories, leading refinement with developers/testers, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing quality documentation, maintaining versioned documentation, and creating clear and relevant application documentation.
• Functional specifications.
• API specifications.
• Experience working on an Agile development team, specifically developing epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and contributing to all traditional scrum ceremonies.

• Own partner engagements, seeing new product releases and existing product enhancements through to launch.
• Analyze, design, prioritize, and implement a set of technology products, platforms, and services.
• Lead feature definition and prioritization for a software development team.
• Write and refine user stories, including acceptance criteria and happy/sad paths.
• Develop, document, and configure systems specifications that conform to defined architecture standards, address business requirements, and processes.
• Requirements Definition:
