Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Go Developer to design and build highly concurrent, secure, and scalable backend systems. This role focuses on developing workflow-driven, event-based platforms with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-performance services in Go
, leveraging go routines, channels, and concurrency patterns - Build and maintain Temporal workflows
, ensuring deterministic execution using Workflows, Activities, and the Temporal SDK - Develop cybersecurity-focused solutions including threat intelligence ingestion, SOC automation, and detection pipelines
- Design and operate event-driven architectures and data pipelines using Apache Kafka, Rabbit
MQ, and pub/sub models - Implement secure data handling using cryptographic and secrets management platforms
- Collaborate with security, platform, and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, secure systems
- 4+ years of Go development experience
, with deep expertise in high-concurrency systems (required) - Hands‑on experience building Temporal workflows (SDK, Activities, determinism)
, including:
- SIEM and SOC automation
- Detection rules such as YARA and Sigma
, including:
- Event‑driven and stream‑processing architectures
Experience with
secure storage and cryptography
, including:
- AWS KMS (or Hashi Corp Vault)
- HMAC signatures
- Secrets management
- Familiarity with cloud‑native architectures and infrastructure‑as‑code
- Strong understanding of security best practices in backend services
ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $65.00 - $110.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation. The final rate will be determined by factors such as experience, market trends, and specific job assignments.
