Systems Analyst, Technical Support, IT Consultant
Join our team as a QA Test Lead where you will play a crucial role in shaping the testing process for large-scale projects. Use your expertise to ensure quality and effective communication across project teams.
Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for complex projects.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities, ensuring traceability of test cases back to requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams including business users and vendor managers.
- Manage defect lifecycle and provide insightful status reports and trend analysis.
- Conduct meetings with senior leadership to communicate progress and challenges.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Proven experience in managing meetings and reporting to high-level stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA for test setup and execution.
- Strong understanding of the Waterfall methodology in testing environments.
- Experience in the utility industry or similar regulated environments.
- Familiarity with writing test cases in a non-automated environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.

The pay range for this role is $41 - $78 per hour. This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
