Business Systems Analyst – ERP & Data Optimization
Location: Hybrid 3-4 days a week in Fridley, MN

Our client in the manufacturing and industrial sector is looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who loves tackling complex systems, enhancing processes, and unlocking insights that drive smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do- Serve as the go-to expert for ERP system issues, enhancements, and integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into smart, scalable system improvements.
- Build and automate reports and dashboards that bring data to life for business leaders.
- Maintain small custom applications and tools that integrate with ERP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy across platforms and support strategies for effective data governance.
- Lead or contribute to system optimization and automation projects that enhance business efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams to define KPIs, measure performance, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Mentor team members and share best practices in technical analysis and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business systems analysis, ERP support, or data/reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics—or similar). Experience with Infor Visual is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Microsoft development tools (C#, ASP.NET Core, Visual Studio), and scripting languages (Python, VBScript, Power Shell).
- Strong project management and communication skills with an eye for process improvement.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
