This is a full-time on-site role in Minneapolis, MN, for an L2 Onsite Escalation Network & Systems Engineer. The role involves providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting to resolve complex network and system issues. Responsibilities include monitoring and managing network infrastructure, ensuring system security, and collaborating with team members to support IT operations. The engineer will configure and maintain network devices, implement system upgrades, and assist clients with technical solutions to meet their business objectives.

• Strong proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering
• Experience with Troubleshooting and Network Security
• Competence in System Administration tasks and related responsibilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, CCNA or CompTIA Network+, are a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in IT services or with regulated industries (e.g., medical/biotech) is considered advantageous
