Test Lead; CIS system, automation tools Playwright

Role: Test Lead (CIS system, automation tools like Playwright)

Location: Minneapolis, MN~ Minneiska, MN~ Minneapolis~

• BA/BS degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or Engineering - or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant Utilities with strong technical and functional expertise.
• Experience with CIS System Migration or Real-Time and File-based Integration testing is preferred.
• Experience in manual and automation testing is a must.
• Ability to understand user stories and acceptance criteria to create test cases and define test strategy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Understand working with JIRA and navigate to create, update stories
• Experience working with automation tools like Playwright
• Experience working with software like SAP, Salesforce, IBM ACE, SEEBURGER, Utility IQ preferred.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owner, Enterprise Architect and system analysts, to understand requirements, and build test cases
• Work with PO, SM and other technical resources in a collaborative way, while owning individual deliverables and meeting testing commitments.
• Interact with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to test the user stories and features assigned.
• Ensure conflict free smooth releases with appropriate test coverage.
• Help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise.
• Lead a team of testers who will be majorly involved in the CIS system migration project which involves data migration and edge integrations (real-time and file-based).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product, engineering, and business teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
