The Consultant I works among a team of professionals responsible for developing standardized solutions for our customers. This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow‑up on problems for customer change events. This consultant role is specifically geared towards learning the SPS, The Order Exchange adapter. The Order Exchange was acquired in October of 2023 and services 6 ERP systems within the US Market.

Any Fulfillment, network or ERP experience a plus.

• Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
• Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals.
• Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress.
• Perform post‑sale initial technical implementation of technology products.
• Conduct tasks and assignments as directed.
• Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved.
• A balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer.

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to apply, test, and re‑configure data rules to produce desired results.

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in‑office presence required at our US MN Minneapolis Office office.

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is: $61,300.00 - $95,000.00 USD. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
