• Support data conversion into primary Agency Management systems in collaboration with IT and Operations teams
• Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with MMA and data vendors
• Document and implement custom programming for data conversion and support data validation efforts
• Identify risks in test results and engage with leadership for risk analysis
• Oversee the implementation of various data projects related to production data

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Experience in system migrations and conversions
• Knowledge of basic AMS systems and willingness to learn additional systems
• Understanding of insurance and accounting operations
• Ability to create documentation and training materials with exceptional organizational skills

• Leadership experience in general application administration and processes
• Ability to break complex concepts into manageable instructions and clear communications
• Strong relationship-building skills with peers, users, and management
