As our US revenue organization scales, we are looking for a Senior Manager Revenue Operations to ensure operational clarity, forecasting accuracy, and seamless handoffs across our Sales → Onboarding → Customer Success motion.
This role is critical to scaling our enterprise growth engine while staying tightly aligned with our Global Rev Ops team in Finland. You’ll operate as both a strategic thought partner and a hands-on operator ensuring the revenue engine runs efficiently, predictably, and sustainably.
The WhatAct as a strategic partner to US leadership on revenue planning, GTM strategy, and market expansion.
Proactively identify revenue risks and surface actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
Help partner to Improve Sales, Channel and Customer Success handoffs by defining clear SLAs and eliminating operational friction.
Support commission modeling, quota planning, and territory alignment in partnership with Finance and Global Rev Ops.
Own Salesforce data integrity and pipeline hygiene across the revenue organization, ensuring leadership can trust every forecast and report.
Implement system enhancements and optimize workflows globally. Align US processes with global standards.
Design and improve channel operations for scalable partner attribution, influence tracking, and channel performance reporting.
Serve as the primary US liaison to the Global Rev Ops team, translating US market realities into scalable global processes.
Lead the weekly US pipeline cadence, strengthening forecast accuracy and improving stage-level accountability.
Build and refine dashboards that surface conversion trends, sales velocity, onboarding progress, and enterprise deal health.
Support with the US team with the adoption and usage of GTM processes and systems.
We are looking for someone with:
5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS environment.
Deep Salesforce and Dealhub expertise with a strong track record of improving data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and forecast reliability.
Experience supporting enterprise revenue teams with complex deal cycles and cross-functional handoffs.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, executive-ready insights.
Experience operating in high-growth environments where processes are evolving and scale is a priority.
Confidence to respectfully challenge leaders when numbers don’t align, while maintaining strong partnerships.
Comfort working cross-functionally and across time zones with international teams.
Initiative-driven mindset, you don’t wait to be told what to fix; you identify gaps and solve them.
This full-time hybrid role is based out of our Minneapolis office, offering a salary of $150,000-$165,000 with an OTE of $,000.
