We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Applications Systems Engineer who will be integral to the development and operation of our advanced telematics enterprise web applications platform. You will collaborate across product, engineering, quality assurance, and support teams to drive platform reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure alignment across disciplines and help deliver seamless, secure, and scalable solutions to internal and external customers.

Where is the work:
From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
What you will do:
- End-to-End Management:
Working closely with Embedded Systems Engineering, oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for the telematics enterprise web applications platform, from requirements gathering, development, through deployment and maintenance. - Cross-functional Coordination:
Lead and facilitate communication between product owners, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective collaboration. - System Architecture and Design:
Contribute to and influence system architecture decisions, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security. - Quality Assurance Leadership:
Manage and improve QA processes, including test strategy, automation practices, and defect tracking. Ensure delivery of high-quality products. - Platform Reliability:
Monitor platform performance and stability; proactively identify and resolve potential issues or bottlenecks. - Process Optimization:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in development and QA workflows to increase team velocity and product quality. - Documentation & Compliance:
Ensure thorough design, configuration, test, and operation documentation in compliance with enterprise standards and relevant regulations. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate regular status updates, demos, and feedback sessions with stakeholders. - Support:
Provide technical support during platform releases, upgrades, and incident responses as required.
What you will bring:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline. Masters degree preferred.
