We're hiring a Content & Brand Manager at The Uncommon Business.

Most content roles ask you to execute someone else's vision.

This one asks you to own it.

We're one of the fastest-growing AI-first education companies in the world — and we're looking for someone who can take what our CEO says on camera and turn it into content that stops scrolls, builds community, and drives real enrollment numbers.

You're posting 4x per week across Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and X — but nothing gets copy-pasted.

Every piece is platform-native. You're editing short-form video in Cap Cut, designing carousels with a real eye for hierarchy and aesthetics, and building Many Chat flows that connect content to conversion.

When our CEO is on camera, you've already prepped the hooks, refined the scripts, and built the Notion doc she can execute from without a single question.

Then you take that session further. One podcast becomes 12 assets. One idea becomes a campaign.
