Director, Data & Analytics

• Lead the data strategy and governance to ensure data integrity and documentation.
• Drive timely and accurate delivery of service data to enhance negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into innovative, scalable platform features.
• Manage prioritization and resource allocation across teams to mitigate data-related challenges.
• Define and report key metrics on data accuracy and its impact on business outcomes.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing data and analytics team committed to operational excellence.

• 7+ years of experience in data or analytics within healthcare, SaaS, or tech-enabled services.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on setting priorities and managing team dynamics.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims and payer contracts.
• Proficient in interpreting data and financial models to strategize business decisions.

• Experience working closely with both client delivery and product teams to support data needs.
• Proven track record of mentoring and growing team members.
• Background in operational excellence and process improvement within data environments.

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
