Job Overview
We are looking for a SailPoint IIQ Developer to design, develop, and support new integrations, features, rules, workflows, and tasks on the SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform. The role is full‑time and based in Minneapolis, MN.
Responsibilities- Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
- Develop Java code for reporting, role management, and IDM applications using SailPoint.
- Participate in requirement analysis and design, perform unit testing, and provide third‑level support for SailPoint applications.
- Work on large‑scale proposals, create technical solutions, and provide effort estimates for multiple IAM products.
- Identify risks and issues, develop recommendations, and drive root‑cause resolution to reduce future incidents.
- Develop audit reports, templates, and run SOX, PCI, and CPNI audits for specific applications.
- Implement new code into UAT and production under system development lifecycle processes.
- Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
- Develop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
- Participate in production support on‑call rotation and collaborate with vendors on root‑cause mitigation.
- Analyze user needs to determine technical requirements and propose process improvements.
- Update progress against project schedules and perform other duties as required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience communicating between business customers, analysts, and IT engineers.
- Customer‑facing experience, including status updates and navigating complex scenarios.
- Ability to describe and communicate access‑control security policies.
- Experience capturing requirements, documenting system/process changes, and software design.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and “outside the box” solutioning skills.
- Experience delivering performant, scalable, and flexible software solutions.
- Prior exposure to Agile practices such as Kanban or Scrum.
- Self‑starter and self‑managed, eager to learn new technologies.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
Experience:
5-8 years. Compensation range: $60,000 to $135,000, plus Wipro standard benefits (medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and more). Compensation will be determined based on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience.
Employment may be conditioned on successful completion of a post‑offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.
