UX Architect

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends to inform design strategies.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met, creating inclusive designs for all users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product owners, to define specifications and drive project success.
• Participate in user research and testing to gather insights and improve design outcomes.

• Strong experience in UX design, with a focus on leading teams and projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and a solid understanding of front-end development processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex design challenges independently.

• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and experience in creating accessible digital products.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and experience with assistive technologies.
• Certification in accessibility or related fields is a plus.
• Experience working in the financial services or fintech sector is desirable.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement. The pay range for this role is $37 - $71 per hour.
