- Partner with senior leaders to align data analytics with business strategies and drive key outcomes
- Analyze HR data using SQL and other data sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Design impactful visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate key data findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver proactive, data-driven solutions
- Continuously improve data quality and analytical methodologies while mentoring peers
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis with a BA/BS or graduate degree in business analytics, data science, HR, or a related field
- Proven expertise in data, reporting, and analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and understanding of programming languages such as R and Python
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish partnerships across HR and business units
- Prior experience in human resources or the data analytics industry
- Experience in predictive analytics to anticipate HR trends
- Familiarity with HR regulations and data privacy standards
- Demonstrated ability to design visualizations that effectively communicate complex insights
