What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Partner with senior leaders to align data analytics with business strategies and drive key outcomes
  • Analyze HR data using SQL and other data sources to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Design impactful visualizations, reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate key data findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and deliver proactive, data-driven solutions
  • Continuously improve data quality and analytical methodologies while mentoring peers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis with a BA/BS or graduate degree in business analytics, data science, HR, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in data, reporting, and analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and understanding of programming languages such as R and Python
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to establish partnerships across HR and business units
  • Prior experience in human resources or the data analytics industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in predictive analytics to anticipate HR trends
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and data privacy standards
  • Demonstrated ability to design visualizations that effectively communicate complex insights
