• Perform advanced statistical analysis to support business decision-making
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation from hypothesis through to decision-making
• Build predictive models to forecast outcomes and enhance store performance
• Ensure statistical rigor and data quality through peer reviews and reproducible workflows
• Partner with stakeholders to operationalize insights and scale improvements

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst in a quantitative field
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries
• Proficiency in Python and R for analytical workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams

• Experience with A/B testing methods, time series analysis, and forecasting models
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI, Hive, and Spark
• Demonstrated data curiosity and ability to mine and consolidate data
