Senior Product Manager-Tech, Fire TV - Partner-Branded TVs

Join Amazon's Fire TV organization as a Senior Product Manager - Technical, where you'll act as the Chief Product Officer (CPO) for a prestigious and renowned brand's entire Fire TV lineup. This is your opportunity to drive product strategy and innovation for a world-class partner whose devices deliver entertainment experiences to millions of customers across the globe.

• Understand the needs and related trends for customers, TV partners, and offline consumer electronics retailers
• Keep abreast with the technologies and trends related to TVs
• Work closely with the TV partner to define a strategy that drives growth, innovation and delights customers
• Define the global roadmap for TVs including TV line‑up, specifications, software features working backwards from customers, partners, industry and business needs
• Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application
• Work closely with engineering, program management, and QA teams to implement and deliver the product, on‑time and exceeding a high‑quality bar
• Drive decisions across cross‑functional teams that include engineering, UX and commercial teams.
• Drive product launches in concert with Engineering, Go to Market, operations, PR and other teams

• Work with TV partners on defining the product roadmap, product requirements
• Write BRDs, strategy docs, or PRFAQs
• Work with engineering and other tech teams to build the product and see them through launch
• Work with go-to-market, business development, finance, PR and other internal teams on the launch of TVs

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

• 3+ years of consumer electronics experience
