We’re looking for a Senior Media Measurement Solutions Manager with hands‑on experience bringing analytical rigor and strategic thinking to help clients make smarter media and marketing investments. You’ll translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that drive performance, creativity, and growth. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and media and is perfect for someone who can move fluidly between modeling and meaning‑making, dashboards and storytelling.
Responsibilities- Identify insights and optimizations:
Analyze media, audience, and performance data to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. - Build and interpret models:
Apply statistical and predictive modeling to forecast performance, segment audiences, and measure campaign impact. - Collaborate cross‑functionally:
Partner with strategists, planners, and creative teams to infuse data‑driven insights into campaign development and optimization. - Design measurement frameworks:
Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with business goals, ensuring data is actionable and meaningful. - Communicate with clarity:
Translate complex analyses into simple, compelling stories for clients and internal stakeholders. - Ensure data accuracy:
Help ensure client data and analytics are consistently and accurately flowing into dashboards, from foundational reporting to advanced decision intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Statistics/Mathematics, Data or Computer Science, or work experience equivalent. Advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred
- 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or marketing strategy (agency experience strongly preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple work requests and projects.
- Strong understanding of media and marketing data (digital, social, CRM, search, etc.).
- Proficiency with analytical tools and languages (Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Analytics 4, or similar).
- Comfort with building or interpreting models — regression, clustering, attribution, forecasting, etc.
- Experience translating technical findings into strategic recommendations.
- Experience with data preparation, rationalization, and processing in a cloud environment
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present confidently to both data‑savvy and creative‑minded audiences.
- Curiosity, collaboration, and a passion for connecting numbers to human behavior.
