AI Architect:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Architect with health insurance domain knowledge to lead large-scale AI programs, define strategic roadmaps, and deliver innovative AI solutions to complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, healthcare systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration skills.

• Lead AI strategy and roadmap development for large healthcare payer programs, aligning with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
• Design, implement, and scale innovative AI/ML solutions using enterprise platforms, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with MLRB processes.
• Translate business requirements into actionable insights and architecture, while preparing executive-level presentations and communicating findings to diverse audiences.
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements, educate teams on best practices and responsible AI use, and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and IT to drive transformational AI and automation initiatives.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI/ML strategies and managing large-scale AI programs.
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer insurance systems and enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in designing and deploying scalable AI solutions using modern platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage executive stakeholders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of AI/ML trends, tools, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• 15-20 years of enterprise architecture experience and well versed with enterprise architecture practices
• 3+ years of experience in AI solution architecture or a similar role
• Strategic leadership in aligning AI initiatives with healthcare payer business goals.
• Advanced proficiency in enterprise AI platforms and solution architecture.
• Ability to independently prepare executive-level presentations and drive stakeholder engagement.
• Commitment to continuous learning and team education on emerging AI technologies and ethical practices.
