Services Sales Enablement is a function within the Professional Services (PS) team. We represent PS during the Sales process by taking responsibility for solutioning, consultation, estimation, and contracting. Our primary objective is to partner with sales to successfully sign new customers, and to ensure a smooth handoff to the services delivery teams.

The Solution Architect (SA) has in-depth knowledge of commercial or consumer lending. They have worked on complex customer implementations and developed a deep understanding of the solutions and processes used by businesses operating in secured finance. The SA utilizes their business and product knowledge to help our customers obtain the most from our outstanding technology offerings. They take a leadership role in pursuit teams to tailor the implementation whilst liaising with the sales, product, and technology teams.

• Act as a secured lending subject matter expert; use expertise to advise customers on best practices from both an industry and software perspective.
• Represent Professional Services in Sales pursuit teams for complex, high-value opportunities.
• Partner with pre-sales to understand customer requirements, craft the solution, and create the implementation package.
• Lead customer discovery workshops.
• Play a lead role in complex software implementations.
• Collaborate with product on building blueprint configurations by market segment and product.
• Partner with Sales to provide input on product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Delivery teams to optimize delivery timelines and cost.
• Successfully engage in and drive to completion multiple initiatives, simultaneously.
• Act as a process specialist for professional services.
• Understand/document processes, identify gaps, solution for the gaps, gain buy-in from stakeholders, then implement the changes.

• You have 3+ years experience as a consultant and/or architect.
• You have expert knowledge of secured commercial or consumer lending with a focus on equipment and auto finance.
• You also have expert knowledge of the Originations and Portfolio Management solutions for those market segments.
• From a software project perspective, you have experience in a lead role for software solutioning with complex requirements.
• You’re able to gather information from multiple sources, critically evaluate it, reconcile conflicts, and create a general understanding that you then communicate to internal and external parties.
• You have led and facilitated customer workshops.
• You enjoy working in a high-pressure environment while collaborating across teams.
• You’re able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• You learn quickly and enjoy teaching/mentoring others.
• You may also have working knowledge of the regulatory environment in secured commercial or consumer lending.
• Any previous experience with working capital (asset-based lending, factoring) and wholesale finance (floorplan) solutions is an asset.
• Additionally, any previous experience with product management or ownership is considered a strength.
