Step into your future as a Senior Technical Application Specialist! In this role, you will lead troubleshooting and solutioning for complex technical issues, collaborate with customers and internal teams, and drive process improvements. You will deliver high-quality support, optimize application performance, and mentor team members. We are seeking candidates with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning.
Whatyou will be doing
- Resolve escalated technical issues with minimal supervision, communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Test reported concerns within the software application, following user steps.
- Act as a liaison between customers and development, documenting core issues.
- Create Knowledge Base articles and videos for our self-service portal.
- Stay up-to-date with software updates and changes to provide timely solutions.
- Conduct performance and functional tests to resolve issues.
- Develop processes to gather, track, and triage issues, routing them to the appropriate team.
- Recognize trends and patterns in case descriptions, foresee future problems, and recommend process improvements.
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure consistency and high standards for customer service.
- Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated success in customer support roles.
- Ability to learn new technologies and industries quickly.
- Strong mentorship and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong knowledge of system application fundamentals.
- Experience in a high-volume support environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications, or analytical tools.
- Understanding of financial, manufacturing, retail, or distribution business processes.
- Experience with process improvement or training initiatives.
- Multilingual communication skills.

RangeMinimum: $71,000 USD
Maximum: $114,000 USD
