Standard: 9-6, 8 hours daily, 40 weekly | A Laptop is provided

Department: SBL is comprised of two teams, Processing and Servicing totaling 10 employees. We will utilize each contractor as support for each team depending on strengths. Our culture is a fast-paced environment with accuracy as the highest priority.

• General data entry related to loan information
• Phone and service responsibilities: verify wire and payment information with clients and reps, troubleshoot issues
• Complete requests via workflow/SSR

• Microsoft Office skills are essential
• Reports are generated in excel format, general knowledge is required to accurately and timely complete tasks

• At least 1 year of Banking experience (Data entry within the banking field)
• At least 2-5 years of service experience (customer-facing)

• Salesforce, Workflow, general loan servicing software
