Minneapolis, Minnesota (commutable from Plymouth, St. Paul, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Minnetonka, Golden Valley, New Hope, Wayzata, Eden Prairie)

This company is a privately owned, employee‑focused energy project management firm, delivering turnkey lighting and energy efficiency solutions nationwide.

In this role, you’ll split your time between project‑based Salesforce enhancements and user support, working closely with stakeholders to improve automation, data quality, reporting, and system integrations. You’ll also help support users day‑to‑day, acting as a trusted internal Salesforce expert.

This role would suit a Salesforce professional who enjoys learning new skills and wants to take advantage of extensive training, being a technical expert and wants a clear path toward Senior and Principal Salesforce Administrator levels.

The Role:
  • Own day‑to‑day configuration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce
  • Respond to Salesforce Help Desk tickets and Teams‑based user questions
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and ERP / proprietary systems
The Candidate:
  • Salesforce experience supporting sales and/or service teams
  • Background with Salesforce automation
  • Comfortable supporting users and troubleshooting issues in a live environment
